3. Membership and Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments for SPX Plays premium membership are processed through Whop, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service and privacy policy.

3.2 Subscription Terms

• Premium membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service

3.3 Trial Access

Trial memberships (weekly trials) provide full access to premium features for the trial period. After the trial ends, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing premium content.

4. Community Rules and Conduct

As a member of the SPX Plays community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Not share premium content, alerts, or materials outside the community
• Not promote other trading services, communities, or products without permission
• Not engage in pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation discussions
• Not share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided by SPX Plays, including but not limited to trading alerts, educational materials, analysis, Alfred AI outputs, and website content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Permitted Use

You may use our content for your personal, non-commercial trading education. You may not:

• Redistribute, republish, or share premium content publicly
• Use our content to create competing services
• Scrape, copy, or automate access to our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content

6. Third-Party Services

SPX Plays integrates with and provides access to third-party services including:

• Whop: Payment processing and membership management
• Unusual Whales: Options flow and market data
• Tradytics: AI predictions and market analysis

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. SPX Plays is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
