Right to Refuse Service & Refund Policy
SPX Plays reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason permitted by law. There are no refunds once payment is processed, except where required by statutory warranties or guarantees. If you cancel, you will retain access until your renewal date. No partial refunds will be provided.
Service Availability
There may be times when SPX Plays members are unable to provide alerts, updates, or activity due to travel, illness, emergencies, market conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen disruptions. Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
Service Modification & Termination
SPX Plays may modify, suspend, or terminate the Community, Discord Server, or any portion of services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This applies to all membership tiers, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime access. If the service ends or materially changes, all access may end regardless of remaining subscription time. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of any member. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided except where required by law.

Trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all capital. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. SPX Plays is not a fiduciary. Community Conduct
Members must behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, threats, discrimination, promotion of other services, or any disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Community without refund.

Copyright & Takedown Policy
If you believe copyrighted material is being used improperly within the Community, please send a takedown request to contact@spxplays.com including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of copyrighted work, (3) link or description of infringing content, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) your signature. SPX Plays will act accordingly upon valid notice.

SPX Plays reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Changes may be posted in the Community or communicated directly. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
